Henry Ford was a close buddy of Edison, and worked for Detroit Edison before he started messing with gas buggies. Ford pulled the same trick with automobiles, and RCA did the same thing with electronics. Both controlled most of the patents and distribution. The Selden Pool made a valiant effort to establish a counterforce to Ford, uniting many companies outside Detroit. We now remember Selden as the illegitimate monopoly, showing how Ford controlled the conversation.

Later on in the '20s, GM (owned by DuPont at the time) managed to take control of the narrative, rebranding Ford as a Nazi.

Absolutely right - Ford's role was crucial to this timeline of social engineering. The assembly line's introduction in 1913 wasn't just about industrial efficiency - it fundamentally reorganized human labor and behavior, turning workers into essentially interchangeable parts of the machine. This mechanization of human activity paralleled Edison's mechanization of culture through film.

The Ford-DuPont-Nazi connection perfectly illustrates my point about WWI and WWII being phases in a continuous expansion of control systems, not discrete conflicts. Ford received the Grand Cross of the German Eagle from Nazi Germany in 1938, while DuPont maintained cartel arrangements with I.G. Farben through both wars. Even after the U.S. entered WWII, many of these corporate relationships continued through neutral countries.

It's telling that the same institutions developing systems to regiment and control industrial production were simultaneously involved in reshaping society itself. Just as Edison's template for controlling film distribution became a blueprint for controlling information, Ford's assembly line became a model for standardizing human behavior. I maintain that these weren't isolated developments but part of the same systematic effort to engineer both physical and social reality.

Trust-the-Science folks don't understand how people like myself (once an academic scientist, now working in industry) can reject so much of what passes for scientific knowledge. This is the core essence of the problem:

"By determining what research got funded and which ideas received institutional backing, these foundations became powerful gatekeepers of acceptable knowledge ..."

What is considered scientific knowledge is heavily shaped by funding priorities. And those funding priorities are in turn shaped by deep, powerful, hidden forces.

Another current example of a psyop created by funding only “scientists’ who find the “correct” results to match the narrative is man made climate change. Significant dissident movements against both Covid and climate orthodoxy raise this question in my mind: are the peasants less susceptible to manipulation, or have the machine’s tactics become so sophisticated that they are intentionally creating supporters and dissident groups? More experimentation? They’ve figured out the peasants are less likely to respond to control with violence if they have someone to commiserate with?

When Trump won the election, my immediate question was “why did they let him win?” I think it’s fairly clear election outcomes are under the machine’s complete control.

Understanding that everything is controlled is a blessing and a curse. I really appreciate the historical context in your post and look forward to Part 2.

This article resonated strongly with me because I've been looking into my father's role as a RCAF intelligence officer during world War 2 in Canada. He was also a troop entertainer, and played piano in a big band at a military base in British Columbia before coming to Montreal and its jazz scene in 1943 to look for Nazi spies. He also was connected through the Air Force to the newly opened Allan Memorial Institute of McGill, an off shoot of Tavistock and military psychiatry - many of its leading scientists were Air Force and high level Freemasons. My dad did not like Masons so he ended up as a brainwashing patient in that now-notorious CIA funded hospital - after a 15-year career as a high school music teacher - the military love music and were experimenting with 'silent sound' technology and engineering future MKed terrorists in classrooms on military bases - that came later but during the war the jazz scene in Montreal at the time was one of the biggest in North America, with young stars like Oscar Peterson and Maynard Ferguson recording for CBC. You can trace how the MKULTRA program at McGill dipped into British music halls and the postwar Tavistock project of rebuilding damaged morale by getting Britain back on its feet with music and dancing. All this was part of what we now see as programming- which it was.

Jazz music as a conduit for systematic reality control! Did you just ruin my appreciation for jazz? Internal conflict for next year?! LOL

One city sponsored Jazz Weekend, in the 1990s, various peripheral hotels and restaraunts expanded the event with free/low cost jazz performances. I found these peripheral events had more quality, unique styles, and actual entertainment. One pianist played a pointedly difficult piece called "The Cutter" from the 1920s -- a competition piece where a pianist would start playing, when the player made a mistake another pianist would cut in, and so on. The main event stages were repetitive and boring in comparison.

Becoming a record label jazz musician prior to the Internet was a game of manipulation. One specific musician I remember failed to get broader exposure because he could not leave his real talent out of his music and become whatever the industry wanted. Too many other good jazz musicians just like him turned under and bulldozed over.

Thanks, Gary. Your experience perfectly illustrates what I'm trying to convey. And, for the record, I'm not trying to ruin anyone's appreciation for jazz - or any art form (I got my mom a copy of Billy Shears' memoirs and she told me I ruined her childhood, haha). If anything, I've learned to decouple my love of the art - across all mediums and genres - from my understanding that something else is happening beneath the surface.

Jazz was created by some of the most artistically sophisticated people in the world. The fact that certain institutions tried to harness and direct its power doesn't diminish the genius of the artists or the profound beauty they created - Jazz and other musical styles for that matter.

Your story about those peripheral jazz performances versus the main stages is exactly what I mean - authentic artistic expression tends to flourish outside the controlled frameworks. That's real, that's authentic, and that's what we should celebrate. It's all about separating the art from the machine.

Thank you for this. More evidence, to me, that the 'cult' aspect of culture is really being revealed. The unwinding of our fabricated reality has likely reached a point where there is no stopping it. This is good. And, this is difficult.

Your key point really nails it..."By embedding their principles into seemingly spontaneous cultural trends, they created a template for social programming invisible to its subjects." At present, I am a father of 5 teen children, 4 girls/1 boy. They are lock-step in their culture as it pertains to music, clothes, media and often what they hear about sexuality, politics, religion, and social norms. This goes a long way to explaining the very statistically odd divergence between baby-boomers (of which I am one) identification as gay/bi (about 1%), to Gen X (~2-3%), to Millenials (~5%) to Gen Z (nearly 10%). This is public programming to make what is explicitly outlined Biblically as an abomination (Romans Ch. 10, has generally be socially perceived as abberant - Homosexuality was illegal in the United States until 2003, when the Supreme Court ruled in Lawrence v. Texas that state laws criminalizing same-sex sex were unconstitutional. It was even considered a mental sickness by the American Psychiatric Association (APA) removed homosexuality from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM) in 1973:

DSM-I (1952): Listed homosexuality as a sociopathic personality disturbance

DSM-II (1968): Listed homosexuality as a mental disorder

DSM-II (1974): Replaced homosexuality with the category of "sexual orientation disturbance"

Hi -- thank you for your kind comments which really get to the heart of this "program". I wouldn't be digging into it if it hadn't left so many scars not just on my family's but many others. Wartime morale-building as you say unleashed the Hydra of the British Invasion - which arrived at our door, quite literally, in 1965 when the Rolling Stones opened their second North American tour in Montreal - you can't make this stuff up. The combination of British-trained scientists who had access to Nazi psychiatry and trauma-based programing made for an unbeatable wave of social change that wrecked an already damaged social fabric. I just discovered an amazing, unreleased Stones song from 1967 that might as well be about my family: it's called "Family" and features insectoid aliens on the cover.

Your description of the British Invasion literally landing at your door with the Stones' 1965 Montreal sounds pretty haunting - though, for many at the time, it must've appeared riveting.

That Stones track with the insectoid cover art is a fascinating find. I used to think "2000 Light Years from Home" and pieces from that era were just metaphors, but I never paid much attention to the lyrics until now - they read very differently once you understand the context of psychological experimentation happening at the time. Your family's direct experience helps illuminate how these programs operated at both cultural and deeply personal levels.

Until researching Cameron's work, I hadn't grasped just how much was centered in Montreal - from McGill's programs to even groundbreaking cloning research at l'Université de Montréal years later.

Also remember the mention of Kennedy and King patsies being sent to Montreal, my guess is for MK-Ultra tuneups. In the 4th book of my Sub Rosa America: A Deep State History series: A Mae Brussell interview poured from their KRMA muse. “Yes, I do have a respect for John F. Kennedy. Have you heard of the Hitler Project? A young Austrian painter, Addie Heidler, was transformed into Adolf Hitler by Tavistock. His subsequent rise to power was financed by the Bank of England, Royal Dutch Shell and the the Royal Family, namely the Prince of Wales, who became Edward VIII.

He painted a self portrait sitting on an old stone bridge not far from Tavistock, the home of the Duke of Bedford who founded the Tavistock mind-control institute.

I haven't heard of The Hitler Project though I am familiar with these other details. I am pretty convinced that Hitler got his training at Wellington House (the precursor to Tavistock) and that painting is likely real.

It's also interesting that after that he lived in Austria within a mile of Trotsky, Tito, Freud and Stalin - what are the odds that they'd all be in the same area hanging out at the same coffee shops?

PS: one of my oldest and closest friends who know more about this era than anyone I've ever met is convinced that Hitler's biological father was Houston Stuart Chamberlain. He also showed me extremely compelling evidence that the Nazi master race ideology - and law - was essentially drawn up in Tavistock. See Max Nordau's 'To His People' page 51.

One thing before anything else, the words "evolution" and "evolving" are a repeated increased pattern across the spectrum. Why not use the words "change" "changes" "changing" instead of the other. The other promotes a specific scientific "theory", changing simply states it as it is, that is, change.
