I hear you…I took a huge loss, too. Not going to say that I don’t hope there are Karma Police, like the Radiohead song, though. I’ve since sat with more parents of injured children or children who died than I can count. As well as friends whose elderly but in excellent health parents were dead within 6 months of the injections. Their physicians gaslit all of them. I also left another job where my boss paid for a fake vaccine card and just let everyone else take the jabs. I have no respect for that and I simply cannot work for anyone lacking courage or ethics anymore.
That is another example of the all-encompassing problem cited by J. Stylman here. I am a boomer; when I was growing up, and well into my adulthood, the physicians that most people saw were called "General Practitioners" or sometimes "Family Physicians". Those doctors cultivated a very broad knowledge of human health and social relationships, at the expense of extremely deep and narrow knowledge of any single facet of human health. Common practice was to see a GP for periodic exams, as well as initial consultation for any abnormal health issues. The GP would prescribe treatment to the best of his ability, and refer the patient to a specialist only when the problem exceeded his expertise. That hierarchy has completely disappeared. We do have what are called "Primary Care" physicians, but, while the title may seem similar to "General Practitioner", there is really little or no crossover. I have gone through several of these looking for a true generalist, with no success. All the Primary Cares seem to be good for is acting as sales agents for Big Pharma, and referring patients to specialists whenever a problem appears to extend beyond the reach of a pill to resolve. Again, no professional involved is deliberately abusing, or even deliberately failing, the trust of the patient (and most likely, not deliberately "gaslighting" the patient, either), they are just doing their narrow-minded, myopic, job in a completely unquestioning manner, as they have been taught to do.
I had two friends, physicians, one a neurosurgeon and another an anesthesiologist who are dead via suicide. I used to spend a lot of time with them, even at Rose Hospital, and heard their stories, heard their frustration with hospital demands from hierarchy that had no medical background as well as insurance constraints. They both hated that they were forced to run patients through like cattle to maximize profit. They both knew that in some instances better forms of treatments were available but insurance often would not cover those treatments even after lengthy peer to peer calls. To admit any mistake meant lawsuits and they were encouraged not to make such admissions. Respectfully, I disagree with your summary.
From the get-go, I started emailing / *texting journalists, sending them articles, asking questions. I quickly realized that appealing to doctors, in the main, was a lost cause. I was appalled that four doc pals whom I thought to be mature and level-headed, guzzled the koolaid. I figured that journalists, allegedly trained to research and analyze stories hopefully in a subjective manner, would eventually connect the dots. I realized after watching the remarkable, brave stories of the NCI, **National Citizens’ Initiative, that those journalists who had actually connected dots had been hamstrung or dismissed.

I love that he said that, too. I sat the principal at my old job down and told him what I used to do for a living (determined the overhead rate for federally sponsored research and am well versed in the amount of lying and BS that goes on) and that he should not follow mandates regarding the injections. I gave an armload of books to read, Leslie Manookian’s group should he need assistance in refusing. He has a PhD. Mandates were followed, teachers got sick, embolisms, heart problems, his own mother received injections and died, he got cancer…a complete disaster. Meanwhile, the people who came to do facilities work, the plumbers, HVAC repair people and the like had common sense. I knew something was up because I heard James Bullard in April of 2020 talk about the necessity of daily testing and immunity badges, plus, I was in BSL labs suited up like an astronaut, not wearing a cloth mask. The social distancing was illogical. Only one teacher read any book I had doled out like candy, and the rest followed what their television told them to do no matter what I said. I had been following CAF for years prior to 2020, thankfully because I seem to be that “annoying person” that questions everything. I would like to meet more “annoying people” who question things at this point.
I had a similar experience. Wife of oldest school chum is head teacher of my old UK school in Cambridge with a thousand students. She vaccinated them all. I told him to tell her NOT to do it. He did not listen. His mother and father are dead. His friends have turbo cancer. He refuses put two and two together. He seems to have lost half his intelligence. It is the oddest thing I have experienced. It is the same a getting bitten by a snake in the woods and when you nearly die saying you are "baffled" - weird. My take is that "intellectuals'' are so invested in supposed integrity of the system that has rewarded them they just cannot allow themselves to think the system could be bad or wrong or even make a mistake.

I agree with you. I feel angry too. Not just over what has happened but also - more perhaps even - over the willful failure to see the obvious truth in so many. The core of the ethical crime here is what I call "Hiroshima syndrome" - the idea that it is OK, even necessary and desirable, to kill a few people to save a lot of people. For me it it never right to do that, because killing people is wrong and also the justification calculus is an assumption. Nobody knows the future. The Japanese may have surrendered without a fight. We cannot know what would have happened if we had not dropped the bomb. Similarly we can never know what would have happened if we had not vaccinated. The only sure things are that if we do vaccinate some people are going to be injured and some people are going to die.
We have to build parallel systems. The digital gulag will likely insist that we take poison injections or the “money” which is really digital currency that can be switched off for any reason and will demand complete compliance. I agree with everything you said, Elizabeth. We need to create parallel systems and that only happens by linking up with like-minded people who will not comply. They will tie the UBI CBDC to mandatory vaccinations. If you don't take your required vaccination, you don't get your UBI. I'm amazed that most people don't see it. Then again, if people haven't realized the Covid fraud at this point, they'll unfortunately be fooled again and again.
I know a woman who took those shots to work at my former client’s facility, University of Colorado Health Science Center. She is a mother of two and took those things for $25 an hour. At this point, I don’t even want to know how her health is. Many of our universities were my client at one point or another. This is madness. Did I warn her? Yes. Did she listen, No. $25 an hour to be a receptionist. Just wow. Is that worth someone’s life? But people are acting like there’s nothing to see here….nothing going on. I do not get it. I am beyond conversations about TJ Max or golf or football at this point.
I suppose you are correct. I must wonder about entrainment technology, though. We spent a lot of money on various forms of mind control throughout the decades some of which I saw in my former job. I do not own a television nor do I carry a mobile phone because I am not certain what was developed after I left. I notice that there are people who have a very difficult time putting their smart phones down. There is a mass aversion to reading an actual book….that much I know from having made an effort to get people to read one. That is really weird to me. If I had a dollar for every time I have heard people say, rather proudly, “oh, I don’t read”, I’d be wealthy. The primary danger of the COVID-19 mRNA injections has always been one’s own immune system’s attack response by the mighty CD8+ Cytotoxic T Lymphocyte cells (AKA Killer T-cells):
The COVID-19 mRNA injections must be recalled from the market and mRNA-based products must be banned because the modified mRNA-LNP genetic technology platform is fundamentally flawed & dangerous by design.

After the primary immune system attack response by the cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs), resulting in varying degrees of tissue damage & pathology in different people, a lot happens...
The CTLs will not be able to kill every cell making non-self (spike) protein, so some amount of foreign (spike) protein will get made & released from your cells. That amount will also vary from person to person.
Specialized cells called antigen-presenting cells, especially dendritic cells and macrophages, spring into action. Long story short…you will get serum antibodies made against those foreign proteins which is the stated goal of any shot called a vaccine.
But that can take up to 2 weeks, and during that time, the foreign non-self (spike) proteins are biologically active and will attach to various cellular receptors, resulting in a whole new level of possible tissue destruction.
Now your immune system will activate macrophages & neutrophils that will kill THOSE cells through inflammatory pathways, regardless of whether or not the non-self proteins are toxic themselves.
And if the non-self proteins ARE toxic, like the pathogenic spike proteins, they can cause problems like tissue damage all by themselves without your immune system even being involved at that point.
But your adaptive immune system has done its job & you've made your serum antibodies by now! Yippee!
Too bad those (non-neutralizing, leaky) serum antibodies can only REACT to a (SARS-CoV-2) infection...it is biologically impossible for serum antibodies (in the blood) to PREVENT respiratory infections that enter the body through the mucosa of the mouth/throat, nose, & eyes.
To PREVENT respiratory infections requires a strong innate immune system with mucosal immunity and secretory IgA to stop the respiratory infection at the mucosal and epithelial barriers (stopping the infection OUTSIDE your body and PREVENTING the infection from getting INSIDE your body).
And this is also where the CTLs are supposed to do their cell-destroying activities. When epithelial cells in the mouth/throat, nose, & eyes are infected (like can happen with respiratory diseases) the CTLs will kill those infected cells.
Epithelial cells at the epithelial barrier can be replaced, usually in just a few days in most people. But injections bypass your body's natural protections and send their payload into your body, where that payload can enter your lymph system and bloodstream.
And in the case of the modified mRNA-LNP gene "therapy" injections, this can be disastrous, starting with the immune system attack response against transfected cells of tissues & organs (INSIDE your body) that are now making foreign non-self proteins.
Replacing cells from now damaged tissues and organs inside your body is a complicated process that can take weeks or longer, with some areas unable to be repaired at all.
The modification of natural mRNA with synthetic n1-methyl pseudouridine made the modified mRNA longer lasting and resistant to the body’s natural breakdown processes. A Nobel Prize was awarded specifically for this use of longer lasting pseudouridine in the COVID mRNA injections.
The pseudouridine modified mRNA is causing a +1 ribosomal frameshift, as well as a reverse reading, so some people may make spike proteins AND mystery (or junk) non-self proteins.
Studies have found that an antibody subclass switch to IgG4 can occur between mRNA shot #2 & #3, which is sending a stand-down signal to the immune system, essentially telling the immune system to tolerate and ignore the (toxic pathogenic) spike proteins instead of actively fighting to clear the spike from the body.
And people who are getting "booster" after "booster" are repeatedly triggering these immune system activities and causing persistent systemic inflammation, which can cause hyper-immune and autoimmune responses...and then possible immune system exhaustion as your immune system becomes overwhelmed.
And then there's the plasmid DNA contamination (with the oncogenic SV-40 promotor sequence) that's been discovered. There are a number of ways in which integration into the human genome is possible...

I have been railing against the system of elder care in facilities for the past 5 years (which was when my father went into memory care and I first came into contact with it). In facilities there is a tiered system where the people with the most expensive certificate get the best pay and have to spend the least amount of time with the resident AND those who do spend the most time with the residents have almost zero agency to inform those higher up the food chain of any concerns. No one is in charge of the big picture in terms of the REAL experience of the residents. Evaluations are based on all the boxes being ticked for their “care”. There are only people in charge of the big picture in terms of financial profitability. The result is a scenario that can only be termed anti-human.
The solution is to flatten the system and invest in human capacity; to empower caregivers to make decisions for the residents they look after - from wiping bottoms to administering and adjusting meds and understanding what the side effects are so they can discuss directly with the prescriber on behalf of the resident. Caregivers should be able to trim toenails and to massage people and know about nutrition and psychology and everything else that goes into truly caring for a vulnerable and respected human being. Then they could receive a professional class level salary. It would be a much more satisfying job for the caregivers and would reduce staff turnover which is probably the biggest killer in facilities. Sigh.
The “need” for specialization is in part a protective mechanism to the outsized impact from lawsuits, insurance companies and state and federal regulation and funding streams. It is a big tangled snarl. The solution tho is building capacity for those human beings (not waiting for robots please!) who spend the most time with the residents and getting rid of the tiered specialization.
This hits so close to home - I have a close family member in elder care and during Covid we'd get notes every night about who died. It was utterly harrowing. At the time it was lost on me that these people were being murdered by the system.
Your comment perfectly captures the Moral Assembly Line in action - everyone turning their screw while the human beings at the center get lost in the machinery. The people who actually see what's happening (the caregivers) have no voice, while the decision-makers stay insulated from the consequences.
The solution you offer is feels solid to me: flatten the hierarchy and invest in human capacity. Train people to be whole caregivers for whole human beings, not specialized cogs. Thank you for fighting this fight.

Awareness is the first step. The problem is with these David vs. Goliath scenarios it is hard to raise awareness without sounding like a lunatic. You do a good job at sounding relatively sane while explaining complex and largely invisible scenarios. I've happily recommended your Substack to many.
In college, I took courses in ethics, bioethics, statistics, and end-of-life care. In my bioethics course (taken in 2019), I did a literature review paper on gene editing. While doing research for this, I learned how mRNA is employed to modify DNA which then instructs cells to do something different than normal. Because modifying any genome is inherently dangerous, no medical ethics body (at the time) had declared gene therapy to be an ethical mode of treatment for human subjects (let alone the entire human population). Interestingly, the very next year we began hearing about shiny new mRNA shots and how they would be safe and effective and save humanity. Are there any medical ethicists here in the comments who could weigh in on this?
Not a medical ethicist, but I wanted to comment that anyone who knew anything about the deaths in gene therapy trials pre-2020 and then correctly understood that the Covid shots were also gene therapies should have seen major red flags and acted accordingly for themselves and their loved ones.
So few understand the manufactured reality that we live in. In addition to specialization, there is deception and division. Together they form a triad that fuels the madness that we all see but few understand. A big part of the propaganda and lies is to keep us divided and to make politics the cultural center of gravity. I hear you…I took a huge loss, too. Not going to say that I don’t hope there are Karma Police, like the Radiohead song, though. I’ve since sat with more parents of injured children or children who died than I can count. As well as friends whose elderly but in excellent health parents were dead within 6 months of the injections. Their physicians gaslit all of them. I also left another job where my boss paid for a fake vaccine card and just let everyone else take the jabs. I have no respect for that and I simply cannot work for anyone lacking courage or ethics anymore.

That is another example of the all-encompassing problem cited by J. Stylman here. I am a boomer; when I was growing up, and well into my adulthood, the physicians that most people saw were called "General Practitioners" or sometimes "Family Physicians". Those doctors cultivated a very broad knowledge of human health and social relationships, at the expense of extremely deep and narrow knowledge of any single facet of human health. Common practice was to see a GP for periodic exams, as well as initial consultation for any abnormal health issues. The GP would prescribe treatment to the best of his ability, and refer the patient to a specialist only when the problem exceeded his expertise. That hierarchy has completely disappeared. We do have what are called "Primary Care" physicians, but, while the title may seem similar to "General Practitioner", there is really little or no crossover. I have gone through several of these looking for a true generalist, with no success. All the Primary Cares seem to be good for is acting as sales agents for Big Pharma, and referring patients to specialists whenever a problem appears to extend beyond the reach of a pill to resolve. Again, no professional involved is deliberately abusing, or even deliberately failing, the trust of the patient (and most likely, not deliberately "gaslighting" the patient, either), they are just doing their narrow-minded, myopic, job in a completely unquestioning manner, as they have been taught to do.
This competency gap is somewhat better in the direct primary care model/cash based practices, though can be trickier for older folks on fixed income.
I had two friends, physicians, one a neurosurgeon and another an anesthesiologist who are dead via suicide. I used to spend a lot of time with them, even at Rose Hospital, and heard their stories, heard their frustration with hospital demands from hierarchy that had no medical background as well as insurance constraints. They both hated that they were forced to run patients through like cattle to maximize profit. They both knew that in some instances better forms of treatments were available but insurance often would not cover those treatments even after lengthy peer to peer calls. To admit any mistake meant lawsuits and they were encouraged not to make such admissions. Respectfully, I disagree with your summary.
From the get-go, I started emailing / *texting journalists, sending them articles, asking questions. I quickly realized that appealing to doctors, in the main, was a lost cause. I was appalled that four doc pals whom I thought to be mature and level-headed, guzzled the koolaid. I figured that journalists, allegedly trained to research and analyze stories hopefully in a subjective manner, would eventually connect the dots. I realized after watching the remarkable, brave stories of the NCI, **National Citizens’ Initiative, that those journalists who had actually connected dots had been hamstrung or dismissed.
It was a perfect planned storm. Brilliant, in fact. Please God, we have learned to be more confident and, if necessary, be bolder should we ever face this again.

I love that he said that, too. I sat the principal at my old job down and told him what I used to do for a living (determined the overhead rate for federally sponsored research and am well versed in the amount of lying and BS that goes on) and that he should not follow mandates regarding the injections. I gave an armload of books to read, Leslie Manookian’s group should he need assistance in refusing. He has a PhD. Mandates were followed, teachers got sick, embolisms, heart problems, his own mother received injections and died, he got cancer…a complete disaster. Meanwhile, the people who came to do facilities work, the plumbers, HVAC repair people and the like had common sense. I knew something was up because I heard James Bullard in April of 2020 talk about the necessity of daily testing and immunity badges, plus, I was in BSL labs suited up like an astronaut, not wearing a cloth mask. The social distancing was illogical. Only one teacher read any book I had doled out like candy, and the rest followed what their television told them to do no matter what I said. I had been following CAF for years prior to 2020, thankfully because I seem to be that “annoying person” that questions everything. I would like to meet more “annoying people” who question things at this point.
I had a similar experience. Wife of oldest school chum is head teacher of my old UK school in Cambridge with a thousand students. She vaccinated them all. I told him to tell her NOT to do it. He did not listen. His mother and father are dead. His friends have turbo cancer. He refuses put two and two together. He seems to have lost half his intelligence. It is the oddest thing I have experienced. It is the same a getting bitten by a snake in the woods and when you nearly die saying you are "baffled" - weird. I agree with you. I feel angry too. Not just over what has happened but also - more perhaps even - over the willful failure to see the obvious truth in so many. The core of the ethical crime here is what I call "Hiroshima syndrome" - the idea that it is OK, even necessary and desirable, to kill a few people to save a lot of people. For me it it never right to do that, because killing people is wrong and also the justification calculus is an assumption. Nobody knows the future. The Japanese may have surrendered without a fight. We cannot know what would have happened if we had not dropped the bomb. Similarly we can never know what would have happened if we had not vaccinated. The only sure things are that if we do vaccinate some people are going to be injured and some people are going to die.
We have to build parallel systems. The digital gulag will likely insist that we take poison injections or the “money” which is really digital currency that can be switched off for any reason and will demand complete compliance. I’m not down for that. I need to find the people who do not comply. I am the antithesis of a compliant person now. I stated on court record in 2018 that we had experimented upon entire groups of peoples. Everyone looked at me like I fell out of a tree. I never fathomed that CovidCon was on the way. I agree with everything you said, Elizabeth. We need to create parallel systems and that only happens by linking up with like-minded people who will not comply. They will tie the UBI CBDC to mandatory vaccinations. If you don't take your required vaccination, you don't get your UBI. I'm amazed that most people don't see it. Then again, if people haven't realized the Covid fraud at this point, they'll unfortunately be fooled again and again.
I know a woman who took those shots to work at my former client’s facility, University of Colorado Health Science Center. She is a mother of two and took those things for $25 an hour. At this point, I don’t even want to know how her health is. Many of our universities were my client at one point or another. This is madness. Did I warn her? Yes. Did she listen, No. $25 an hour to be a receptionist. Just wow. Is that worth someone’s life? But people are acting like there’s nothing to see here….nothing going on. I do not get it. I am beyond conversations about TJ Max or golf or football at this point.
I suppose you are correct. I must wonder about entrainment technology, though. We spent a lot of money on various forms of mind control throughout the decades some of which I saw in my former job. I do not own a television nor do I carry a mobile phone because I am not certain what was developed after I left. I notice that there are people who have a very difficult time putting their smart phones down. There is a mass aversion to reading an actual book….that much I know from having made an effort to get people to read one. That is really weird to me. If I had a dollar for every time I have heard people say, rather proudly, “oh, I don’t read”, I’d be wealthy. At this point all I can say in response is, “It shows.” It is as if people have been lobotomized or something post injection. I cannot prove that scientifically but something is very weird.

When the (designed to be long-lasting) n1-methyl pseudouridine modified mRNA transfects one's cells, and gives instructions for the ribosomes to make & express foreign non-self proteins (such as the toxic SARS-CoV-2 spike protein), one's immune system sends the CD8+ cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) to kill those formerly healthy cells that are now making & expressing non-self proteins.
It is the mission of these CD8+ CTLs to seek out and destroy any such transfected cell that is making foreign non-self proteins. That’s what they do…
Due to the biodistribution properties of the lipid nanoparticles, the encased modified mRNA can go anywhere in the body, including crossing the blood-brain and placental barriers...The LNP "delivery vehicles" traveled to different parts of the body in different people.
Expressing any foreign protein is fatal to the cell doing the expressing. The reason is, our bodies are protected by being able to distinguish ourselves from things that shouldn't be there. Anything non-self will trigger immune destruction of the cells & tissues involved.
Some people will express lots of foreign proteins in vulnerable locations. Others express less in less vulnerable areas.
The location of expression defines the adverse event: if you get foreign protein expression in your heart cells, you could get myocarditis & experience cardiac arrest; if the expression is in your brain, spinal cord, or peripheral nervous system, you could get one or more of a variety of neurological conditions; if in your eye, possible blindness; if in your ovaries, possible infertility; if in the placenta, possible miscarriage or stillbirth; if in the cells that line your blood vessels, possible clots/microclots leading to strokes, heart attacks, or pulmonary embolisms…

Safety studies (including biodistribution, immunogenicity, immunotoxicity, genotoxicity, carcinogenicity, reproductive toxicity, shedding, long-term effects, & more) that were bypassed because of the fraudulent mislabeling as “vaccines”. (And because of the EUA & “countermeasure” designations under the Project BioShield Act & PREP Act).
NO ONE should have ever had the “choice” of taking these gene “therapy” injections because the modified mRNA-LNP genetic technology platform is fundamentally flawed & dangerous by design.
The danger is NOT limited to just getting more COVID “boosters”. ANY mRNA gene “therapy” product that transfects your cells and instructs those cells to produce foreign non-self proteins (ANY non-self protein) will trigger an immune system attack response against your own cells & tissues (the role of the Killer T-cells is to monitor ALL the cells of the body, ready to destroy/kill any that express foreign, non-self proteins). This makes EVERY mRNA-based injected product harmful by design.
No one who took these mRNA COVID injections made an informed decision. Most people had no clue about what they allowed to be injected into their bodies...

AFTER the mighty CD8+ Cytotoxic T Lymphocyte cells (AKA Killer T-cells) attack response to modified mRNA transfected cells of tissues & organs inside your body:
After the primary immune system attack response by the cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs), resulting in varying degrees of tissue damage & pathology in different people, a lot happens...
The CTLs will not be able to kill every cell making non-self (spike) protein, so some amount of foreign (spike) protein will get made & released from your cells. That amount will also vary from person to person.
Specialized cells called antigen-presenting cells, especially dendritic cells and macrophages, spring into action. Long story short…you will get serum antibodies made against those foreign proteins which is the stated goal of any shot called a vaccine.
But that can take up to 2 weeks, and during that time, the foreign non-self (spike) proteins are biologically active and will attach to various cellular receptors, resulting in a whole new level of possible tissue destruction.
Now your immune system will activate macrophages & neutrophils that will kill THOSE cells through inflammatory pathways, regardless of whether or not the non-self proteins are toxic themselves.
And if the non-self proteins ARE toxic, like the pathogenic spike proteins, they can cause problems like tissue damage all by themselves without your immune system even being involved at that point.
But your adaptive immune system has done its job & you've made your serum antibodies by now! Yippee!
Too bad those (non-neutralizing, leaky) serum antibodies can only REACT to a (SARS-CoV-2) infection...it is biologically impossible for serum antibodies (in the blood) to PREVENT respiratory infections that enter the body through the mucosa of the mouth/throat, nose, & eyes.
To PREVENT respiratory infections requires a strong innate immune system with mucosal immunity and secretory IgA to stop the respiratory infection at the mucosal and epithelial barriers (stopping the infection OUTSIDE your body and PREVENTING the infection from getting INSIDE your body).
And this is also where the CTLs are supposed to do their cell-destroying activities. When epithelial cells in the mouth/throat, nose, & eyes are infected (like can happen with respiratory diseases) the CTLs will kill those infected cells.
Epithelial cells at the epithelial barrier can be replaced, usually in just a few days in most people. But injections bypass your body's natural protections and send their payload into your body, where that payload can enter your lymph system and bloodstream.
And in the case of the modified mRNA-LNP gene "therapy" injections, this can be disastrous, starting with the immune system attack response against transfected cells of tissues & organs (INSIDE your body) that are now making foreign non-self proteins.
Replacing cells from now damaged tissues and organs inside your body is a complicated process that can take weeks or longer, with some areas unable to be repaired at all.
The modification of natural mRNA with synthetic n1-methyl pseudouridine made the modified mRNA longer lasting and resistant to the body’s natural breakdown processes. A Nobel Prize was awarded specifically for this use of longer lasting pseudouridine in the COVID mRNA injections.
The pseudouridine modified mRNA is causing a +1 ribosomal frameshift, as well as a reverse reading, so some people may make spike proteins AND mystery (or junk) non-self proteins.
Studies have found that an antibody subclass switch to IgG4 can occur between mRNA shot #2 & #3, which is sending a stand-down signal to the immune system, essentially telling the immune system to tolerate and ignore the (toxic pathogenic) spike proteins instead of actively fighting to clear the spike from the body.
And people who are getting "booster" after "booster" are repeatedly triggering these immune system activities and causing persistent systemic inflammation, which can cause hyper-immune and autoimmune responses...and then possible immune system exhaustion as your immune system becomes overwhelmed.
And then there's the plasmid DNA contamination (with the oncogenic SV-40 promotor sequence) that's been discovered. There are a number of ways in which integration into the human genome is possible...

Such a marvel that you can create these articles one after the other in close succession that hit the nail so squarely on the head.
I have been railing against the system of elder care in facilities for the past 5 years (which was when my father went into memory care and I first came into contact with it). In facilities there is a tiered system where the people with the most expensive certificate get the best pay and have to spend the least amount of time with the resident AND those who do spend the most time with the residents have almost zero agency to inform those higher up the food chain of any concerns. No one is in charge of the big picture in terms of the REAL experience of the residents. Evaluations are based on all the boxes being ticked for their “care”. There are only people in charge of the big picture in terms of financial profitability. The result is a scenario that can only be termed anti-human.
The solution is to flatten the system and invest in human capacity; to empower caregivers to make decisions for the residents they look after - from wiping bottoms to administering and adjusting meds and understanding what the side effects are so they can discuss directly with the prescriber on behalf of the resident. Caregivers should be able to trim toenails and to massage people and know about nutrition and psychology and everything else that goes into truly caring for a vulnerable and respected human being. Then they could receive a professional class level salary. It would be a much more satisfying job for the caregivers and would reduce staff turnover which is probably the biggest killer in facilities. Sigh.
The “need” for specialization is in part a protective mechanism to the outsized impact from lawsuits, insurance companies and state and federal regulation and funding streams. It is a big tangled snarl. The solution tho is building capacity for those human beings (not waiting for robots please!) who spend the most time with the residents and getting rid of the tiered specialization.
This hits so close to home - I have a close family member in elder care and during Covid we'd get notes every night about who died. It was utterly harrowing. At the time it was lost on me that these people were being murdered by the system.
Your comment perfectly captures the Moral Assembly Line in action - everyone turning their screw while the human beings at the center get lost in the machinery. The people who actually see what's happening (the caregivers) have no voice, while the decision-makers stay insulated from the consequences.
The solution you offer is feels solid to me: flatten the hierarchy and invest in human capacity. Train people to be whole caregivers for whole human beings, not specialized cogs. Thank you for fighting this fight.

Awareness is the first step. The problem is with these David vs. Goliath scenarios it is hard to raise awareness without sounding like a lunatic. You do a good job at sounding relatively sane while explaining complex and largely invisible scenarios. I've happily recommended your Substack to many.
In college, I took courses in ethics, bioethics, statistics, and end-of-life care. In my bioethics course (taken in 2019), I did a literature review paper on gene editing. While doing research for this, I learned how mRNA is employed to modify DNA which then instructs cells to do something different than normal. Because modifying any genome is inherently dangerous, no medical ethics body (at the time) had declared gene therapy to be an ethical mode of treatment for human subjects (let alone the entire human population). Interestingly, the very next year we began hearing about shiny new mRNA shots and how they would be safe and effective and save humanity. Are there any medical ethicists here in the comments who could weigh in on this?
Not a medical ethicist, but I wanted to comment that anyone who knew anything about the deaths in gene therapy trials pre-2020 and then correctly understood that the Covid shots were also gene therapies should have seen major red flags and acted accordingly for themselves and their loved ones.
